• Profile and sports information such as date of birth, gender, city, region, country, supported sports, weight information, walking weight, gym affiliation, gym role, and related athlete profile details.
• Bout, event, and training information such as bout history, results, medals, titles, event details, schedules, announcements, and training-related information associated with your account or gym.
• Documents, images, and media such as profile pictures, uploaded documents, and media links or files you choose to upload or store in the App.

• Technical and usage information such as IP address, device type, browser or operating system details, app version, session logs, crash or diagnostic information, and similar technical data generated when you use the App.

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the App, and from actions taken within the App by you, your gym, or authorized users acting within their role. For example, information may be collected when you sign up, complete your profile, upload files, join a gym, manage events or schedules, submit support requests, or interact with notifications and announcements.

• Provide core App features such as bout tracking, schedules, announcements, documents, and events
• Support gym management, fighter management, and role-based access

06 Public, Gym, and Role-Based Visibility

Bout Buddy is designed for sports team and gym coordination. Certain information may be visible to other authorized users depending on your role and how you use the App. For example, coaches and gym owners may be able to see member details, schedules, announcements, documents, or sports profile information as needed to operate the gym. You should not upload information you do not want shared within the intended App context.

07 Documents, Images, and User-Generated Content

If you upload files, profile images, or other content to Bout Buddy, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload that content. We may store, process, display, and share that content within the App as necessary to provide the feature you used. Please avoid uploading information that is unnecessary for your intended App use.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business needs.
